Welcome to Aina. By using the Aina app or website ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. Aina is operated by an individual developer; contact nisha120226@gmail.com.

1. What Aina is

Aina helps you try on hairstyles, outfits and makeup, analyze your skin, and explore colors and foundation shades using your camera or uploaded photos, including AI-generated previews. Results are for personal, informational, and entertainment purposes.

2. Results are estimates, not professional advice

AI-generated images are simulations and may not exactly reflect a real-world result.
Skin analysis and product suggestions are general information only and are not medical advice. Always consult a qualified dermatologist for skin concerns.
Color, body-type, and foundation-shade suggestions are estimates affected by lighting and cameras. Test products before you buy where possible.

3. Your photos and content

You keep all rights to the photos you use. You confirm you have the right to use any photo you upload, and that it is of yourself or someone who has permitted you to use it. Do not upload photos of others without their consent, or any unlawful, offensive, or infringing content. As described in our Privacy Policy, Aina does not store your photos.

4. Acceptable use

Please use Aina lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, overload, or abuse the Service or its AI features, and do not use it to create misleading or harmful content.

5. Shopping links and third parties

Aina shows "Shop" links to third-party retailers and loads content from third-party services (such as Google and Pexels). We do not control those sites or their products, prices, or policies. Aina may earn a commission when you purchase through some links, at no extra cost to you.

6. Availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. AI features depend on third-party providers and may be rate-limited, temporarily unavailable, or changed. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aina and its developer are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on any style, color, or skincare suggestion. Your use is at your own discretion and risk.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the app evolves and will update the effective date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
